Theme of the platinum jubilee " Youth founded on the Word, Focused on the World". The platinum jubille programmes was inaugurated on 17th of february 2007 at 10.00 am by the Rev Dr.Sam Kobia, WCC Gen.Secretary. Most Rev.Dr.Joseph Marthoma Metroploitan declared the platinum jubille year as mission year.Rt. Rev Dr.Zachrias Mar Theophilus Suffragan Metropolitan unveiled the platinum jubilee logo and Rt.Rev Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa presided over the meeting. |

Distribution of marriage aid |

The marthoma yuvajanasakhyam has distributed the financial help for financially backward female candidates from marthomites and other communities as a project of platinum jubilee. the function was held on 31st of may 2008 at olivet hall, chengannur and the help was ditributed by Rt.Rev Dr.Zachrias Mar Theophilus Suffragan Metropolitan and Justice K.T.Thomas. Rt.Rev Dr. Isaac Mar Philoxenos Episcopa preside over the meeting. |
